Processing of personal data
In accordance with LAW no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented by LAW no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, SC FERICO SRL, as owner of the online store www.ferico.ro is required to manage, under conditions of security and solely for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide.
The purpose of collecting the data is: to allow the user access to all the functions of the site and to enable the optimal conduct of the e-commerce activity (account creation, placing orders, processing orders, invoicing, delivery, etc.).
The information recorded is intended for use by the operator. The user is required to provide the data requested in the registration form and the order form and assumes responsibility for the accuracy of this data. Refusal to provide the data will limit access to some of the site's functions and to the e-commerce services offered by SC FERICO SRL through the store www.ferico.ro.
In accordance with Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, the right to intervene regarding the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to address the courts.
Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of the data. To exercise these rights, please send an e-mail to magazin@ferico.ro.
Note
Any person has the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data concerning them. This right of objection may be excluded for certain situations provided by law (processing carried out by financial and tax services, police, justice, social security, etc.).
Terms and conditions regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR

Preamble
As of 25 May 2018, Regulation no. 679, adopted by the European Parliament on 27 April 2016, entered into force, establishing new measures regarding the protection of personal data as well as the free movement of such data. The full name of this norm, which has been mandatory since 25 May 2018 for all European Union member states, is the General Data Protection Regulation, most often known by the initials of its English name: GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation.
Considering the importance of aligning with these norms, synonymous with the respect and consideration with which we treat every customer or potential customer,

J02/186/1996, with its registered office in Pecica, Str. 238, No. 15, and with the working point address at Str. 238, No. 17, Pecica, Arad County, e-mail address magazin@ferico.ro, phone number 0751 386 636, has adapted its personal data processing methods so as to ensure compliance with the new provisions that entered into force as of 25 May 2018.
Below we present the terms and conditions under which we process the personal data of the individuals concerned through the activities specific to the company's object of activity.

Types of personal data and the methods of collecting them
SC Ferico SRL processes both data relating to the identity of individuals and anonymous data automatically generated through web traffic. The data requested directly, or the anonymous traffic data automatically collected from you, is strictly limited to the information necessary to fulfil the purposes pursued through processing.
Thus, in order to optimize the www.ferico.ro website, with the aim of bringing it as close as possible to the wishes of its visitors, we use traffic information obtained through the Google Analytics service. For this purpose, Google Analytics automatically collects a series of online identifiers, which help us better understand the most frequent ways of accessing the site, the most frequently accessed pages, the country and geographical region of origin of the visitors' internet service providers, all of which are elements according to which we constantly adapt the site's content to meet your requirements.
The main online identifiers on the basis of which Google performs analyses regarding the site's visitors are:

We process this data based on the provisions of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. In addition, given that the purpose of this processing does not require the identification of the persons using those identifiers, nor does it give SC FERICO SRL the possibility of finding out the identity of these persons, the processing of this data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the GDPR.
Another type of personal data, relating to the identity of the person, is processed in order to provide additional information and facilities regarding the products and services accessed. This data is:

Your e-mail address may be requested while browsing the site, when a message requesting this information appears, most often in combination with a commercial offer, or when creating a user account on the site, in which case we additionally request your first and last name. And when placing an order, obviously, we will also need the product delivery address.
We strictly monitor compliance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(a), (c) and (f) of the GDPR, in order to ensure the lawfulness of the processing of personal data.

Types of processing
a. Processing for the purpose of optimizing the online experience
In order to optimize the WEB experience and adapt the www.ferico.ro site to users' requirements, cookies and analysis services provided by Google Analytics are used.
Thus, when accessing the www.ferico.ro site, the following data is automatically collected:
- the client's IP address
- the web page(s) accessed, the date and time of access, the access duration;
- the type of browser, the type of device, as well as the access point (the last web page invoked by the client);
This data is evaluated exclusively anonymously and for technical purposes. No statistical evaluations are carried out.
Cookies
Cookies are small files containing a string of characters in which certain information is stored. Cookies are automatically transmitted to your device, where they are stored. Their purpose is to identify the device from which a web page was accessed. Each cookie has a certain expiration date. Cookies allow the tracking of users' actions across different pages and websites and facilitate communication between our site and your device, thus optimizing the use of web pages.
You can opt out of this type of processing at any time. Thus, through your browser, you have the option of viewing the existing cookies, deleting them, or changing your browser settings so that they are no longer stored on your computer system. You only need to bear in mind that, following the deactivation of permission to store cookies, certain functions of the site may no longer work optimally or may not work at all.
The analysis services offered by Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service belonging to Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), referred to for short as Google. Google Analytics, in turn, uses cookies.
Google uses anonymous traffic data to create, with its help, evaluations and reports regarding the use and activities on the Ferico site, which allows SC Ferico SRL to optimize the site's web pages according to the interests of its visitors.
You can opt at any time to block the storage and recording of the anonymous traffic data (including your IP address), as well as its processing by the Google company, by downloading and installing the plugin used to deactivate the Google Analytics function, specific to your preferred browser.

The data automatically collected from you when accessing the www.ferico.ro site through the Google Analytics service is processed only by SC Ferico SRL.
The period for which we retain this data is three years, determined both by the company's processing needs and by the statute of limitations for the mutual legal obligations that may result from your accessing the information, products, or services offered through the site.
Except for situations in which this data is requested by state authorities based on their law-enforcement prerogatives, we do not distribute or make this data available to any other entity.
b. Processing of data provided for creating customer accounts
In order to facilitate access to the products offered through the www.ferico.ro site, we offer potential customers the possibility of creating a user account on the site.
When creating the user account, you will need to confirm your acceptance regarding the processing of personal data. The user account cannot be created without your consent.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time regarding the processing of personal data provided for creating the user account, by sending a request to the e-mail address magazin@ferico.ro. In this case, we will delete all your data, and only the data relating to any orders that have been delivered to you will be retained, in accordance with the legal obligations arising from the conduct of commercial activities. In this case, we guarantee that this data will no longer be processed for any purpose, being accessed only in the exercise of a right in court or at the request of state authorities with powers in this regard.
We process this data through our own IT applications.
We retain this data for the entire period of operation of the www.ferico.ro site and of the company SC Ferico SRL, or until the exercise of the right to erasure. A change in the identification data of the site or in the legal status of SC Ferico SRL leads to the suspension of the processing of personal data, until the acceptance of the data subjects regarding the new processing conditions is obtained. If no response is received regarding the request to accept the processing of personal data with the new identification data of the site or of the company, within a period of 6 months from the suspension of processing, the data will be deleted.
Except for situations in which this data is requested by state authorities based on their law-enforcement prerogatives, we do not distribute and do not make this data available to any other entity.
c. Processing of data provided for delivering orders
For the delivery of orders, we collect data regarding the recipient and the product delivery address, either online or by phone. Both online and by phone, we request your acceptance regarding the processing of the requested data, in the event that you choose to create a user account when placing an order.
Placing an order is not conditional on registering data on the www.ferico.ro site. Even if you have chosen to place an order with user data registration, you can change your mind at any time, being redirected to the section of the site for placing orders without data registration.
We retain this data for the entire period of operation of the ferico.ro site and of the company SC Ferico SRL. A change in the identification data of the site or in the legal status of the company leads to the suspension of the processing of personal data, until the acceptance of the data subjects regarding the new processing conditions is obtained. If no response is received regarding the request to accept the processing of personal data with the new identification data of the site or of the company, within a period of 6 months from the suspension of processing, the data will be deleted.
Except for situations in which this data is requested by state authorities based on their law-enforcement prerogatives and by the entities we use for product delivery, we do not distribute and do not make this data available to any other entity, except for the obligations assumed for carrying out commercial activities.
Thus, for the delivery of products by courier, we make your personal data available to them, but only under the contractually assumed obligation not to use your data under conditions other than those required for the delivery of orders.
Also, billing data (first and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address), is processed by the collaborators through whom compliance with financial-accounting legislation is ensured, likewise based on the contractually assumed obligation not to use your data under conditions other than those required for carrying out financial-accounting operations.

Rights of the data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
In addition to the rules and procedures described in point 3, we ensure that we fully comply with the rights of the data subjects. We therefore remind you that you can contact us at any time to exercise any of the following rights:

The right to be informed about the processing of personal data concerning you and, if applicable, access to that data and to the following information:
- the purposes of the processing;
- the categories of personal data concerned;
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed;
- the period for which the personal data are envisaged to be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
- a copy of the processed data, in electronic or paper format, depending on your request.

The right to rectification and erasure
Whenever you consider it necessary, you can request that we rectify or complete inaccurate personal data, taking into account the purposes for which the data was collected. Also, persons who have created a user account on the site can exercise this right directly through the facilities offered on the site.
Also, whenever you wish, you can request that we delete your personal data, as long as there is no other legal basis for the processing besides the consent given at the time the personal data was provided.

The right to restriction of processing
In certain situations, you can request the restriction of the processing of your data. These situations arise in one of the following cases:

The right to data portability
In the event that you have provided us with your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, you can at any time request this data, or its transmission to another entity, as long as the processing is carried out by automated means and is based exclusively on your consent, and is not an obligation arising from the performance of a contract or the fulfilment of a legitimate interest of VTA Mobile.

The right to object
At any time, you can object to the processing of data collected indirectly from you, or if the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes or for creating/classifying you into certain profiles. It will be sufficient to contact us in order to proceed with the deletion of this data or the cessation of processing for marketing purposes. However, since this data is anonymous, of the type described in point 3(a), it will be necessary for you to provide us exactly with the online identifiers that were automatically collected for analytical processing.

The right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing – ANSPDCP (Romania's Data Protection Authority).
