Order delivery
For products whose order has been confirmed by the operator, delivery is made within 1-7 business days via Fan Courier.
For products that are brought in to order, the delivery time is between 3 and 60 business days.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the product and will be updated in the shopping cart after the delivery address has been entered.
In the event of a Force Majeure situation, delivery may be delayed, and SC Ferico SRL shall not be held responsible for unforeseen events. Please indicate the address where you can be found between 9 AM and 7 PM, on business days, as deliveries are only carried out during this interval.
If you wish to pick up the parcel from the Fan Courier office in your town or county, please provide this information in the Additional details field before placing the order.
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders received after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed starting Monday of the following week. The delivery time starts as soon as the order confirmation email or phone call is received.
Deliveries are not made to P.O. Boxes or Post Offices. Please check, upon delivery, that the order is complete: the number of boxes, the integrity of the package. Please report any nonconformity in writing, both in the courier company's documentation and to the address magazin@ferico.ro.
For addresses in Romania that are not within the Fan Courier network, the customer bears the shipping cost or may choose to pick up the product from the Fan Courier office in the nearest town.
