Product price and stock
The prices displayed on the online store www.ferico.ro are expressed in RON and include VAT (19%).
Product prices and stock levels are updated at an interval of 48 to 96 hours.
Prices shown on orders and proforma invoices are valid for 3 days from the date of issue.
For products brought in on a special order basis, payment of an advance of at least 25% of the product's value may be requested.
The stock status of products sold by the online store is indicated as follows:
In stock: the product is physically available in stock and can be picked up / delivered based on an online order, after it has been confirmed by phone or e-mail by an employee. Orders for products with the status In stock will be fulfilled in chronological order as they are recorded in the database. All products displayed with the status In stock have a limited number of units shown on the website; consequently, situations may arise in which a product ordered with the status In stock becomes unavailable if it was already confirmed on a previous order.
In stock at supplier: the product requires manual stock verification. If the product is still available in the suppliers' offer, it can be brought in on special order, from the manufacturer or supplier; such products have a delivery time of 3 to 60 days (the delivery time is confirmed by the supplier). Stock verification with the supplier is carried out within a maximum of 48 hours from the time the order is received. It is possible that the requested product can no longer be ordered from the supplier or manufacturer, in which case it becomes UNAVAILABLE.
Out of stock: the products are not, at this time, in the store's stock but may become available again at any time. For further information in this regard, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Order delivery
For products whose order has been confirmed by an operator, delivery is carried out within 1-7 business days via Fan Courier.
For products brought in to order, the delivery time is between 3 and 60 business days.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the product and will be updated in the shopping cart after the delivery address is entered.
In the event of Force Majeure, delivery may be delayed, and SC Ferico SRL shall not be liable for unforeseen occurrences. Please indicate an address where you can be reached between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on business days, as deliveries are made only during this timeframe.
If you wish to pick up the parcel from the Fan Courier office in your locality or county, please provide this information in the Additional details field before placing the order.
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders received after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed starting Monday of the following week. The delivery period begins upon receipt of the order confirmation e-mail or phone call.
Deliveries are not made to P.O. Boxes or Post Offices. Please check the conformity of your order upon delivery: the number of boxes, the integrity of the package. Please report any non-conformity in writing, both in the courier company's documentation and to the address [email protected].
For addresses in Romania that are not within the Fan Courier network, the customer bears the shipping cost or may choose to pick up the product from the nearest Fan Courier office.

Return policy
Products may be returned in the following cases:
• The product does not conform to the specifications shown on the website
In this case, the consumer may request its return for replacement or a full refund of its value. If replacement with a higher-value product is agreed, the customer will pay the difference; conversely, if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. In this case, the return and shipping costs for the replacement product are borne by S.C. FERICO SRL!
• The product was delivered in error
Delivery of products other than those ordered must be reported immediately, and the Consumer will refuse receipt. The consumer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, may opt for replacement or a full refund of its value. If replacement with a higher-value product is agreed, the customer will pay the difference; conversely, if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by S.C. FERICO SRL!
Returns in both cases described above are made through Fan Courier, cash-on-delivery amount 0, with the note "Payment to S.C. FERICO SRL". After it has been assessed whether the item matches the part delivered by S.C. FERICO SRL and it is indeed established that the error is ours, the value of the returned products is transferred to the customer's account within 30 days.
• Withdrawal from the purchase
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The customer may request an exchange of the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel, without penalties and without giving any reason. If a different product is requested, the price difference must be paid if the product is more expensive. If the customer chooses a cheaper product, the price difference will be refunded to the customer's account. S.C. FERICO SRL will send the requested replacement product only after the Customer has returned the originally purchased product.
Refunds will be made within no more than 30 calendar days from the date on which the consumer withdraws from the contract.
The refund of money or, as the case may be, the replacement of products without penalties and without giving any reason, may be carried out under the following conditions:

If the products have a seal, it may not be broken - the product must be returned sealed.

The condition of the appliances and products purchased must be the same as when they were purchased/received.
Given the nature of the products sold by SC FERICO SRL, they MUST BE INSTALLED BY AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER, obtaining a certificate to that effect from the institution that carried out the operation. If you wish to return a product and do not hold this certificate, we will not be able to approve the return request. We have no guarantee that the installation of the spare part was carried out under proper conditions and by authorized persons.
If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, S.C. FERICO SRL has the right to charge a fee for restoring it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer's option, to have the product reshipped at the customer's expense. These provisions apply in accordance with Government Ordinance (O.G.) No. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this website using distance communication techniques.
The customer is entitled to opt only once for the return/replacement of a product under the conditions of Art. 4 para. 1 letter b) of O.G. No. 130/2000. In the case of the return/replacement of products following withdrawal from the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the customer.
Repeated withdrawal from purchases will be considered abusive, and SC Ferico SRL reserves the right to discontinue its collaboration with the respective customer for an indefinite period.
If a warranty certificate has been issued for the product and non-conformity is found during the warranty period, the appropriate remedial measure will be ordered in compliance with Government Ordinance (OG) 21/1992, Law 449/2003, and other applicable legal provisions.
NOTE: In any product return situation, the products must be in the same condition, in their original packaging and box, with labels intact and together with all documents that accompanied them (invoice, warranty certificates, etc.).
Processing of personal data
In accordance with LAW No. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented by LAW No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, SC FERICO SRL, as owner of the online store www.ferico.ro is obliged to manage, under secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide.
