Products may be returned in the following cases:

The product does not conform to the specifications on the website

In this case, the consumer may request its return for replacement or a full refund of the amount paid. If replacement with a product of higher value is agreed, the customer will pay the difference; conversely, if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. In this case, the return and shipping costs for the replacement product are covered by S.C. FERICO SRL!

The product was delivered incorrectly

The delivery of products other than those ordered must be reported immediately, and the Consumer must refuse to accept delivery. The consumer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, may choose between replacement or a full refund of the amount paid. If replacement with a product of higher value is agreed, the customer will pay the difference; conversely, if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and shipping costs for the replacement product, where applicable, are covered by S.C. FERICO SRL!

The return of products, in the two cases above, is carried out through Fan Courier, with cash-on-delivery set to 0, with the note “Plata la S.C.FERICO SRL” (Romanian for “Payment to S.C. FERICO SRL” — must be written in Romanian on the parcel for the domestic courier). After it has been verified whether the product matches the part delivered by S.C. FERICO SRL and it is indeed confirmed that the error is ours, the value of the returned products will be transferred to the customer's account within 30 days.

Withdrawal from the Purchase

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The customer may also request an exchange of the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, without penalties and without giving any reason. If a different product is requested, the price difference must be paid if the product is more expensive. If the customer opts for a cheaper product, the price difference will be refunded to the account specified by the customer. S.C. FERICO SRL will send the requested exchange product only after the Customer has returned the originally purchased product.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the consumer terminates the contract.

The refund of money or, as the case may be, the replacement of products without penalties and without giving any reason, may be carried out under the following conditions:

  • If the products bear a seal, it must not be broken — the product must be returned sealed.

  • The condition of the appliances and products purchased must be the same as at the time of purchase/receipt, including the packaging, which must remain intact.

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, S.C. FERICO SRL has the right to charge a fee to restore it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer's option, to send the product back at the customer's own expense. These provisions apply pursuant to Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this website using distance communication techniques.

The customer has the right to opt only once for the return/replacement of a product under the conditions of Art. 4, para. 1, letter b) of Government Ordinance no. 130/2000. In the case of the return/replacement of products following withdrawal from the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the customer.

Repeated withdrawal from purchases will be considered an abuse, and SC Ferico SRL reserves the right to discontinue cooperation with that customer for an indefinite period.

If a warranty certificate has been issued for the product and non-conformity is found during the warranty period, the appropriate remedial measure will be applied in compliance with Government Ordinance no. 21/1992, Law no. 449/2003, and other applicable legal provisions in force.

NOTE: In any product return situation, the products must be in the same condition, in their original packaging and box, with the labels intact, and together with all documents that accompanied them (warranty certificates, etc.).
