Searching for parts
You can search for the products you want by browsing the menu on the left side of the website or by using the search bar located at the top of the website.
For better results when using the search function, we recommend choosing your keywords carefully. For more information or help finding products, we are available by email at magazin@ferico.ro or by phone at +40 751 386 636.
Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping cart by pressing the Add to cart button next to the product. At this point you can also select the quantity you want. You can add several products, from different categories, to your cart.
Shopping cart
The shopping cart is created the moment you add the first product. From that moment on, the cart is accessible from the menu in the top right corner. The cart contents are also displayed every time you add a new product. Within the shopping cart you can make changes to the quantity or contents, by removing one or more products.
Creating a user account / Logging in
In order to be able to place an order, you need to create a user account or log in to the site using the Sign in button in the top right corner, or Your account at the bottom of the page. This step can be carried out either before or after you have added the products to your cart. If you do not want to create an account, you have the option of placing your order as a guest, an option visible within the shopping cart.
Delivery details
Please fill in the delivery address to which you would like the purchased products to be shipped. If you would like the products to be shipped to an address other than the one entered when creating your account, you can change it in the "My account" section.
Payment method
There are two payment methods - cash on delivery to the courier when you receive the package, or by bank transfer in advance. For advance payment by bank transfer, a pro forma invoice will be sent to you. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after you send the payment confirmation by e-mail or fax.
Placing your order
In order to process your order, please check it and read the website's Terms and Conditions, and after you have agreed to this section, you can submit your order by pressing the Place order button. Shortly after pressing this button you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been registered. Afterwards you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to confirm your order. The delivery time starts the moment your order is confirmed by phone or e-mail.
